The dimensions for the ‘actual moving plate’ are 67cm wide x 56cm deep. Other manufacturers quote the base dimensions, not the ‘actual moving plate’.
The JTX-5000XL has a 1500W motor with peak power of 3000W. Power the 13mm amplitude with manual control or any of the 10 programmes. There are quickstarts for low, medium and high power.

Hi i have ordered the vi bro disc its a shaking plate witch you can work with and do a lot of exercise on.Im just wondering if it works for toning up and loosing weight i no i would have to diet as well as use the disc hope someone out their can help me thanks.
